Kadakia started out in Zwicker’s estimating department and eventually climbed the ranks to become Assistant Vice President, then Vice President in 1998. Under his leadership, the estimating department has garnered an industry-wide reputation for its precision, accuracy, attention to detail and focus on client savings.
Originally from Mumbai, India, Kadakia came to the United States after earning his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Bombay. Kadakia then earned his Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnic University in New York City. He excelled in his classes and began his career with Zwicker immediately after completing graduate’s school.
