Sam Pace serves as Executive Vice President and COO of Zwicker. Pace has been with Zwicker Electric since 1974 and became an equity owner in the corporation in 1995. His expertise as an engineer and his reputation for honesty and integrity, are well known and respected throughout the New York City construction industry.
Pace’s years of experience as Chief Operating Officer give him unique insight into all aspects of the electrical contracting business. He streamlined procedures to ensure proper coordination between the departments, enabling Zwicker to better meet its clients needs. In addition, Mr. Pace increased efficiency at Zwicker by implementing a computerized engineering design software system in the Engineering department and providing Operations with a real time job costing system.
Pace is an active member of several industry associations, including the New York City Electrical Advisory Board, International Association of Electrical Inspectors, the Association of Electrical Construction Engineers of New York, the Board of Directors of Automatic Fire Alarm Association of New York, and the New York City Code Committees. He also is a member of the International Society of St. Cosmo and Damien, a fund-raiser for children who are terminally ill. Mr. Pace lives with his wife and two children in Howard Beach, N.Y.
Pace has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from New York Institute of Technology.
