David B. Pinter - President and CEO
As President and Chief Executive Officer of Zwicker Electric, David Pinter drives the company’s growth and is responsible for its position as a leader in New York’s electrical contracting industry. He adheres to the same ethical principles established by his father, Ernest Pinter, who was president of the company from 1961 to 1984, in that Zwicker assumes full responsibility for all phases of a project from start to finish.

Pinter joined Zwicker in 1972 and has worked in every aspect of the electrical contracting business, including accounting, engineering, estimating, purchasing, operations and project management. His technical expertise and business acumen led to his promotion to Chief Financial Officer, followed by his appointment to Executive Vice President then President and CEO in 1986.

Pinter’s personable style and thorough understanding of the industry have enabled him to maintain long-established relationships with major builders and developers while expanding Zwicker’s client base. His strategic planning led to the development of the company’s Telecommunications, Interiors and Residential divisions.
