Safety is vitally important to Zwicker Electric and to our clients. We work jointly with the pro-active safety department at Local 3 to assure that employees are educated about safety and doing what it takes to maintain a safe worksite.

We provide our employees with the tools and training needed to do the job both correctly and safely. Job foremen take safety courses relevant to the projects on which they are working, such as high voltage safety, restricted area safety, asbestos abatement, lead hazards, etc. We have a safety program that includes meetings, guidelines, monitoring and training. Each job foreman has weekly sessions on site to review safety procedures. Our Safety Committee, comprised of field and office personnel, meets quarterly to review the minutes of the tool box talks, update safety programs, and recommend safety training. What we learn is immediately fed back to the field through foremen's meetings.
